We also guarantee the estimated construction prices of 3.000 R$/sq m plus taxes for covered areas and 2.000 R$/sq m plus taxes for terraces and porches. These prices are non revisable from the developer - only subject to CUB increase for construction starting in the first quarter after the delivery of the infrastructure.
